Risoncini™ Shipping Policy
Risoncini™ products are frozen/perishable food products and must be handled with care after delivery, pickup, or transfer to the customer.
Shipping, local delivery, and pickup options may vary by location, product availability, order size, weather conditions, carrier availability, and operational capacity.
Shipping Availability
Risoncini™ may offer shipping only to locations where we believe the product can be delivered safely and appropriately. We may limit, delay, reschedule, or cancel shipments when necessary to protect product quality.
We do not guarantee shipping availability to every location. Certain destinations may be unavailable, including but not limited to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, remote areas, Alaska, Hawaii, and international addresses unless specifically approved by Risoncini™.
Shipping Schedule
Because Risoncini™ products are frozen/perishable, orders may ship only on selected shipping days. We may avoid shipping on or near weekends, holidays, severe weather events, or any dates that may increase the risk of delayed delivery.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect addresses, and other events outside our control may affect delivery timing.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Customers are also responsible for retrieving delivered perishable orders promptly and placing the product in proper cold storage as soon as possible after delivery.
Risoncini™ is not responsible for product quality issues caused by:
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
Failure to retrieve a delivered order promptly
Packages left outside after delivery
Improper storage after delivery
Carrier delays outside our control
Weather or temperature exposure after delivery
Customer unavailability at the delivery address
Local Delivery
Local delivery may be offered only in approved service areas. Delivery availability, delivery fees, order minimums, and delivery times may vary.
If local delivery is offered, customers must provide accurate delivery instructions and ensure someone is available to receive or promptly retrieve the order.
Pickup
If pickup is offered, customers are responsible for picking up orders during the approved pickup window. Frozen/perishable products should be placed in cold storage promptly after pickup.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Problem Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, missing items, or in a condition that appears unsafe or unsuitable for use, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup at orders@risoncini.com.
Please include your order number, full name, delivery or pickup date, photos of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
Approved replacements, credits, or refunds are handled according to the Risoncini™ Refund Policy.
