Risoncini™ products sold through the online store are frozen, ready-to-heat Sicilian prepared foods. They are made to be easy to store, heat, serve, and enjoy while protecting the quality of the product from preparation to your table.
Shipping and delivery options may vary by location, product availability, weather, carrier availability, order size, and operating schedule.
Frozen Shipping
Risoncini™ may offer frozen shipping to approved delivery areas where the product can be shipped safely and appropriately.
Because Risoncini™ products are frozen/perishable, shipping days may be limited to reduce the risk of delays. We may avoid shipping on or near weekends, holidays, severe weather events, or dates that could increase the chance of the product being delayed in transit.
Available shipping options and shipping rates will be shown at checkout.
Local Delivery
Standard local delivery for online orders may be available in approved nearby delivery areas for qualifying Risoncini™ orders, currently within approximately 10 miles of Risoncini™ Production.
Wedding, catering, and larger event orders are handled separately and may have a wider service area, minimum order requirements, delivery fees, setup options, or serving options. For event service, please visit the Catering page or contact orders@risoncini.com.

Pickup
Pickup is not currently offered as a standard checkout option. If pickup becomes available in the future, pickup details, timing, and handling instructions will be provided before order completion.
Storage
Keep Risoncini™ products frozen until ready to heat and serve.
Do not leave frozen or perishable products outside, in a hot vehicle, or at room temperature for an extended period.
After delivery, place the product in proper cold storage as soon as possible.
Reheating
Risoncini™ products are intended to be heated before serving.
For best quality, reheat from frozen until hot throughout and the center reaches 165°F. Appliance performance varies, so use a food thermometer when possible.
Oven:
Preheat to 375°F. Place Risoncini™ on a baking tray and heat until hot throughout and crisp outside. Turn once during heating.
Air fryer:
Heat at 350°F until hot throughout and crisp outside. Turn or shake gently halfway through heating.
For best texture, oven or air fryer reheating is preferred over microwave reheating.

Risoncini™ products are food products and should be handled with care. Always follow the storage, handling, and reheating instructions provided with your order.
Ingredients, Allergens, and Nutrition
Risoncini™ Original Sicilian Arancini are made with saffron rice, classic beef-and-pork ragù, peas, mozzarella, Parmigiano-Reggiano, a wheat-based breadcrumb coating, and frying oil.
Contains: Milk, Wheat.
This product is not vegetarian. It contains beef, pork, and chicken stock.
