What is Risoncini™?
Risoncini™ is a Sicilian-inspired prepared-food brand who's main focus is on arancini, also known as Italian rice balls or stuffed rice balls.
Risoncini™ products are designed to be crispy outside, creamy inside, and unmistakably Sicilian.
What are arancini?
Arancini are traditional Sicilian rice balls made with a flavorful rice center and a crisp golden exterior. They are commonly enjoyed as an appetizer, snack, meal item, party food, or prepared-food specialty.
Are Risoncini™ products frozen?
Yes. Risoncini™ Original Sicilian Arancini are frozen, ready-to-heat Sicilian stuffed rice balls. Keep frozen until ready to heat and serve.
How many come in a pack?

How do I reheat Risoncini™?
Risoncini™ should be reheated from frozen until hot throughout and the center reaches 165°F.
Oven:
Preheat to 375°F. Place Risoncini™ on a baking tray and heat until hot throughout and crisp outside. Turn once during heating.
Air fryer:
Heat at 350°F until hot throughout and crisp outside. Turn or shake gently halfway through heating.
For best texture, oven or air fryer reheating is preferred over microwave reheating.
Do you offer local delivery?
Local delivery may be available in approved delivery areas. If your address qualifies, local delivery options will appear during checkout.
Local delivery availability may depend on distance, order size, schedule, weather, product availability, and operating capacity.
Do you ship Risoncini™?
Frozen shipping may be available to approved delivery areas where the product can be shipped safely and appropriately.
Because Risoncini™ products are frozen/perishable, shipping days and destinations may be limited to protect product quality.
Do you offer pickup?
Pickup is not currently offered as a standard checkout option. If pickup becomes available in the future, pickup details and handling instructions will be provided before order completion.

Potential wholesale customers may include restaurants, markets, delis, cafés, caterers, food trucks, specialty retailers, prepared-food programs, event professionals, wedding venues, and local distributors.

Do you offer catering?
Yes. Risoncini™ may be available for weddings, cocktail hours, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, engagement parties, private events, corporate gatherings, catering orders, and larger-quantity foodservice needs.
Standard online orders are sold as frozen, ready-to-heat products. Catering and event orders may be handled separately with service options that include Simple Drop-Off, Complete Disposable Drop-Off, Elevated Buffet Drop-Off, or Full-Service Event Support.

What catering service options are available?
Risoncini™ catering options may include Simple Drop-Off, Complete Disposable Drop-Off, Elevated Buffet Drop-Off, and Full-Service Event Support.
Simple Drop-Off is designed for customers or event teams that want Risoncini™ delivered hot in disposable pans and will handle their own setup and service.
Complete Disposable Drop-Off may include disposable serving basics such as plates, napkins, and utensils for easier buffet-style service.
Elevated Buffet Drop-Off may include a more polished presentation with serving equipment or reusable presentation pieces, depending on event needs and availability.
Full-Service Event Support may include setup, serving assistance, and breakdown support during the agreed service window for qualifying events.
Available options depend on order size, event date, delivery distance, venue requirements, equipment needs, staffing, timing, and operating capacity.
What areas do you serve for weddings and catering?
Standard local delivery for online orders may be limited to approved nearby delivery areas.
Wedding, catering, and event service may be available across the Greater Phoenix area and surrounding communities for qualifying orders, including:
Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Chandler Heights, Sun Lakes, Apache Junction, Glendale, Peoria, Sun City, El Mirage, Surprise, Litchfield Park, Goodyear, Tolleson, Buckeye, Maricopa, Cave Creek, Fountain Hills, Avondale, Laveen, Anthem, Gold Canyon, and nearby communities.
Minimum order requirements, delivery fees, service fees, lead times, and availability may vary based on order size, event date, delivery distance, timing needs, staffing, venue requirements, equipment needs, and operating capacity.
Can Risoncini™ set up or serve at my event?
For qualifying events, Risoncini™ may offer drop-off delivery, buffet setup, or staffed serving depending on order size, location, schedule, staffing, venue access, equipment needs, and operating capacity.
Some venues may require staffed service, specific insurance, approved vendor status, or other event requirements. Please confirm venue requirements before booking.
Coming soon Sept, 2026: On-site frying or mobile food-truck service may be available once mobile equipment, permitting, staffing, and event logistics are in place.
Are ingredients and allergens available?
Yes. Risoncini™ Original Sicilian Arancini are made with saffron rice, classic beef-and-pork ragù, peas, mozzarella, Parmigiano-Reggiano, a wheat-based breadcrumb coating, and frying oil.
Contains: Milk, Wheat.
This product is not vegetarian. It contains beef, pork, and chicken stock.

Can restaurants or markets carry Risoncini™?
Yes. Restaurants, markets, delis, cafés, specialty food stores, and foodservice operators may contact us to discuss availability, pricing, product formats, minimum orders, and wholesale opportunities.
